Quail EGG Soup

Hey guys! Today we are cooking something pretty interesting! Quail Egg Soup!!! Quail eggs are so much smaller than chicken eggs! This is a fun and tasty recipe that my family loved. I hope you will too! BTW, I meant to say coconut cream in the video and NOT coconut milk. Be sure to check out the links below if you don't know where to buy coconut cream and sweet soy sauce!

Quail Egg Soup
25 Quail Eggs
4 garlic cloves
8 shallots
6 green peppers
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp galangal
200 ml coconut milk
1/4 cup water
3 Tbs sweet soy sauce

1. Hard boil the Quail eggs for 4 minutes. Rinse in cold water and peel.
2. Slice peppers into small rounds.
3. Slice shallots and garlic into small slices.
4. Saute shallots, garlic and peppers in a small amount of oil until aromatic and shallots are translucent.
5. Add coconut cream and water. Stir.
6. Add galangal, salt and sugar. Stir.
7. Add sweet soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
8. Finally add the Quail eggs carefully.
9. Enjoy while hot! Keep smiling! :)

Telur Puyuh Cabai Hijau
25 telur puyuh
4 siung bawang putih
8 biji bawang merah
6 biji cabai hijau
1 sdt garam
1/4 sdt gula
1 sdt lengkuas bubuk
200 ml santan
50 ml air minum
3 sdm kecap manis

Cara masak:
1. Merebus telur puyuh selama 4 menit. Bilas dengan air dan kupas.
2. Potong cabai.
3. Potong bawang merah dan bawang merah iris tipis.
4. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabai dalam minyak sedikit.
5. Tambah santan dan air. Aduk.
6. Tambah lengkuas, garam dan gula. Aduk.
7. Tambah kecap manis. Masak selama 5 menit dengan api kecil.
8. Akhirnya tambah telur puyuh.
