Yummy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Hey Guys! I hope you saved your seeds from our pumpkin pie video! Today we are making roasted pumpkin seeds! Yummy! They were nice and salty and crunchy. Hope you guys enjoy them. keepsm:)ing

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
1 1/2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons butter, melted or olive oil
1 pinch salt or as much as desired
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
2. Coat baking sheet with olive oil, add seeds, mixing seeds with oil.
3. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
4. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally. Be careful to check them frequently. They can burn quickly and will taste yucky!
